Plastic-free Day

On Wednesday 8th May, 2019, Springhill took part in 'Plastic-free day'. Children and staff were encouraged to avoid using single-use plastic for the day and children learned about the impact of plastic pollution on the environment.

In the morning, three of our Eco-Warriors went to the studios of BBC Radio Solent to be interviewed by Julian Clegg, live on air, on how Springhill would be participating in Plastic-free day.
