September 2020 Year R places

National Offer day - 16 April 2020

The school office is currently closed and there are no staff on site to deal with admission queries.

Reception year places will be offered by the Southampton City Council Admissions team on 16 April 2020.

Offers will be available to view on the Citizen Portal and e-mailed (if you have opted in for this). If you have forgotten your password or have trouble logging in, please see Southampton’s Citizen Portal guidance.

How to accept the offer of a school place

You can view the outcome of your application and respond to the offer online by logging in to the Citizen Portal.

The answers to most admissions related queries can be found by visiting the School Admissions page:

If you are not able to find your answer there then please e-mail: info@springhillcatholic.net.

Please note that if you have not been offered a place at Springhill, and we were a higher preference than the school you have been offered, then you will be automatically placed on our waiting list. The full waiting list will not be available until after all offered places have been accepted/declined. You have 14 days to accept your offered place. Please note that accepting the offer does not affect your waiting list position for your higher ranked schools or any right of appeal for a school place.

If you have been offered a place at Springhill we will be in contact in due course to confirm the arrangements for collected pupil details and to confirm settling in arrangements.

Deciding on the right school for your child is an important decision and we hope that you find the information you require on this website.

For further information, you are invited to contact Mrs Standing, Admissions Officer, via e-mail, info@springhillcatholic.net, who will be happy to assist you and arrange a school visit at a suitable time.
